A few months ago, our business hit a major bottleneck: we needed to send regular broadcast updates to customers, but traditional communication channels weren't cutting it. Like many business owners, I started with Chrome extensions and unofficial bulk-send tools. The result was predictable: WhatsApp permanently banned multiple numbers , wiping out weeks of customer momentum. I looked into Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API to do things legitimately, but quickly ran into another roadblock: official Business Solution Providers (BSPs) charge huge monthly subscription fees on top of standard Meta conversation rates, packed with features a lean business doesn't need.
